I ve been using SRFax for the past 4 years with no issues We were on the standard plan and due to increase we began getting overages I reached out to support and Tanner was very helpful He explained all the packages and prices The upgrade was flawless and easy Thank you Tanner SRFax

The representative was upbeat friendly and knowledgeable She was well versed in the service and costs I was inquiring about I appreciate SR Fax working with me for all my faxing needs for my growing company Thanks so very much

Great Customer Service

Had a technical issue and the CSR was able to deal with it immediately She was very knowledgeable and provided great service

Spoke to a knowledgeable live representative instead of an automated system

SRFax representative Trish was a huge help in diagnosing why all the faxes were not able to be sent She didn t even mind me putting her on hold for a few minutes and even asked if I wanted her to wait on the phone while the fax went through making sure that everything was good While we were waiting to see if the fax went through she even explained how I can check the status of faxes being sent how many pages were sent etc Trish made my day today Did not have to spend all morning getting frustrated on trying to find out why the faxes were not going through because Trish was quick - straight to the pointe Trish is someone I would like to talk to if I have any other issues with other companies

Christina I could remember her name because My daughter s name is Christina She was prompt helpful and so courteous I had to make another call to Prompt to get this issue resolved

Christina was courteous helpful and directed me in the direction to get my issue resolved Thanks for having a person answer the phone without having to go through so many prompts and never getting a live person to talk to I appreciate this about SRFax

I was needing to make some changes to our account Trish was very knowledgeable and encouraged me to make changes in our EMR before making changes with the SRFax to ensure no interruption in our service Thank you Trish for going above and beyond Much appreciated
