Positive experience so far with Airtricity I moved from a new electricity supplier I had signed up with after a horrible experience them With SSE Airtricity my bills are half the amount invoices sent in time and good responses by email Maybe other people had bad experiences but to me they re a breath of fresh air compared to the previous cowboys I was with

I understand that there has been quite a number of critical reviews on Trustpilot but to be honest that hasn t been my experience and I have been a customer of SSE Airtricity for many years now I had several enquiries for Customer Services yesterday the 9th of September I didn t have to wait long to get through a minute or two I spoke with Alanagh whom I found to be courteous and very helpful The only issue really was at times a poor phone line I mentioned this to SSE Airtricity in a survey after the call so I assume that s an easy problem to address I recognise and appreciate that this wasn t the experience of others who contributed reviews but I suppose the main reason for me getting in touch was to say that it s not all bad news It never is I guess I hope this helps
