I ve left writing my review to about a week worth of use The good 1 Works really well to soothe pain on my period2 Can be reversed to be worn on the lower back I enjoyed this heaps because my back is always sore esp on my period 3 Shipping was really fast I got my period the morning I ordered it and got it the day after so worked well The bad 1 My sister stole it2 My mum stole it from my sister3 I now need to plan a way to get it back from my mum unlikely
