Excellent experience I was thoroughly impressed with this company absolutely excellent service and great product I ordered a blanking plate to cover a gap above a new built in oven Ordered through the website paid easily online a few days later the item was delivered as promised in excellent condition Blanking plate itself is great quality looks good and is exactly the dimensions I wanted This company delivered a good quality made to order item in excellent condition and quickly Puts many other much larger companies to shame Definitely recommend

I approached Stainless Steel Direct seeking some new kick boards for my kitchen From start to finish Aileen handled my order These weren t straight forward measurements as my kitchen floor doesn t run level- but you d never know as the fit was on point I d definitely recommend this company again

Fantastic customer service Aileen responded same day to all enquiries i had I needed a 7mm MDF backed stainless steel splash back Received quote and paid on line Kept up to date from order received and order dispatched Made the order late on the Tuesday 30th July and received product 9 30am Monday 5th August which was 3 full working days from order place to order delivered Very high quality and it looks amazing Highly recommend

We truly do not have enough good words to say about this Company and specifically the lady who put up with us for the last few weeks Aileen This is the third time we have purchased from them - worktop protectors and plinths - and their bespoke service really is amazing We were nervous about measuring our own plinths as the floor is so uneven in places but Aileen was on hand to help and advise ensuring we had everything we needed When received unsurprisingly all pieces fitted perfectly - phew On top of the exceptional service and quality of work the value is amazing too - all in all making our DIY project easy and great value for money We have also had a few worktop savers from them including larger ones We did have a small issue with the courier causing damage but this was resolved instantly with no quibble by the wonderful Aileen - again This lady has the patience of a saint And a big shout out to the dispatch packing department who made sure the courier could do their worst but we would still receive our order in perfect condition We really hope Aileen is recognised for the way she has gone above and beyond She is very attentive reassuring helpful and soooo on the ball If every company had an Aileen it truly would be a very happy world Thank you
