Excellent service from start to finish - would thoroughly recommend SHS as they were so helpful at every stage of the process The balustrade looks superb and my husband managed to fit it all himself with help from the installation guide and video and a couple of phone calls of support The wire balustrade kit came complete with the tools required so all you need is your own handy person and Hey Presto Great quality product and I hope it looks this good for years to come Thanks again we are delighted

My experience with SHS has so far been great their salesman Chris came out to my house as i was concerned that an accurate measurement was required this was not a problem we have gone for the Eternity range and can t wait to get it all fitted now I have read past reviews but up to this point very happy
