I ordered a stair refurb kit for my existing staircase in oak with a glass balustrade Not only is everything manufactured to an outstanding quality the customer service experience was exceptional Alex Tilsley is the most helpful person I have ever had pleasure to deal with He was really helpful when I placed my order and bent over backwards to get everything to me in a very timely manner I inadvertently ordered the wrong cladding kit and he even had the replacement to me extremely quickly This was the run up to Christmas when everyone wants everything done yesterday If you are looking for anything for your stairs don t hesitate to contact this outstanding company I cannot praise them highly enough
