A short-lived article and very untrustworthy if not criminal reaction

I bought an photo bracelet for my husband as a birthday present and he was really happy with it He wore it nearly every day but handled it with care nevertheless Half a year later the crystal with the photo loosened from it s mounting I contacted Stanbarry support for a solution because of the warranty period was obviously in progress After some unclear communication they provided us a new bracelet from the still existing photo of my first order Only three months later the second one had exactly the same problem But this time the crystal was lost I contacted the support of Stanbarry again but this time they were not willing to sent a replacement first We argued a little about the meaning of warranty for jewery and at last they offered me to buy an other type of bracelet for a lowered price but only if I were willing to write a positive review here at trustpilot and send in a screenshot of my review prior to the sending of the replacement bracelet I denied doing so and decided to tell the true story instead P S This review was submitted by my husband but is our own true story Edit Original Mail reply M V Stanbarry 28 Juni 2023 21 15 MESZHallo A auf Schmuck gibt es keine gesetzliche Garantie Dein Mann k nnte das Armband beim Duschen tragen im Meer oder auf der Baustelle Wenn hier etwas kaputtgeht ist das einfach nur Verschlei und wir handeln hier aus Kulanz Ich h tte folgenden Vorschlag f r dich Du bekommst von uns ein neues Armband such dir eins von diesen hier aus Link to product fotoarmband-mit-deinem-foto-seemannsknoten Die sind stabiler Bevor wir das aber losschicken schreibst du uns bitte eine gute Bewertung auf Trustpilot und schickst uns einen Screenshot von der positiven Bewertung die du abgegeben hast Link to trustpilot site of Stanbarry Klingt das fair LG
