They would not port my phone number because they don t serve my new area
I just topped off with QLink because I used all of my minutes with me on a fixed income A few weeks later they were bought out by StandUp Wireless I lost my unlimited time for the rest of the month Then I switched to Airtalk StandUp would not port my phone number to Airtalk because I moved from Alabama to Georgia they do not serve my zip code 30747 where my new address is located Even though by LAW you can port your phone number they would not port my number because they do not serve the zip code 30747 I lost my phone number They broke the law all because they don t serve my new area Everything had to match StandUp Wireless to transfer to Airtalk they would not update my address I also updated my address with the Lifeline application too I did everything on my part still lost my phone number You are on hold forever they hung up on me multiple times Terrible company And they broke the law

Again they refused to give me different phone that actually worked so I got my own and when I tried to transfer my number to a different carrier they kept giving me the wrong account number 4 times really What a horrible business and I ve reported them to the BBB Good luck thieves

Former Q-Link service disconnected
I was a Q-Link wireless customer and my service was supposed to be transferred to Standup wireless I thought my service was in good standing then it was disconnected from the network I ve spoken to multiple customer service reps seeking help to resolve this matter Customer service does not have any options to restore my service

I had QLink and all service stopped on December 12 2024
I had QLink and all service stopped on Demeber12 2024 StandUp had allegedly taken over the company but they could provide no details on when or if phone would work again Worst of all they couldn t even give me a transfer PIN to get my number When I tried to call StandUp back their automated answering system had devolved into a doom loop Now no matter what option you select you are returned to the original prompt At this point all I want is the phone number as StandUp is clearly NOT a stand up company They are leaving customers on hold for hours They are also not complying with their agreement to maintain Q Link customersTo anyone else in my position here s a suggestion Go to the FCC website and fill out a complaint The FCC regulates StandUp The FCC is the best mechanism to hold StandUp responsible for their abhorrent behavior Oh and find a reputable cellular provider too

Trash Service Provider
Stand up wireless is trash I was a qlink customer I added a 2nd line to my already assisting account for 10 A 3 weeks later I force with Stand up wireless I tried calling for a update to see when the sim card would be mail That s when I found out that my service provider was changed The Stand up wireless customer service representative stated that they did see my payment for 10 and that my issue would be expedited I never received the sim card My phone service was disrupted I had to pay for more minutes I spoke with another CSR about the status update for my new sim card and the lady stated that they did not see a payment of 10 and I see the transaction on my bank statement Yesterday I paid 20 for more data apparently I ran out of data My phone is running very slow I can t send any text message or use any app I check my stand up wireless account and it shows the payment was taken but it still says that I have 0 data available So they are taking my money and not providing me services I am trying to reach the CSR now and noone is answering the call This is the worst experience ever

Also an ex Qlink customer same as everyone else who got screwed Website email and phone number for StandUp my ass are all loops Going to have to get a new phone number really I will be reporting to the FCC not to mention they have all of our personal information This isn t over Screw crooked people

Paid for a sim card never received was told by stand up wireless that there havno record of the payment but there sent me a email to thank me for the payment
Everything thing went wrong after being on hold for about 2 and half hours was told I have no record on file about my information or payment for a sim card which I Paid for in full and stand up wireless Send me a email to thank me for the payment of 30 dollars which was deducted from my account

Standup wireless is not a good company My service was bad and my phone kept dropping calls and wouldn t send my text When I tried to reach out to customer service I couldn t get in touch with them and they wouldn t answer my emails I wouldn t recommend this company to anybody

CALL ASSURANCE WIRELESS
Through T-mobile they told me about assurance wireless Same free service as Q-link I called THEY ANWSERED I did application over the phone In 7-10 days I will get my Sims card and a new phone I got lucky to find such good info from doing a chat with t-mobile You can t keep your sane number because you need Q-link to give you your acct and PIN They went poof after pleading quilt to over 100 million by fraud to our government who is helping ppl that needs it I hope they throw the book at them

This has Biden written all over it I can t believe they are even a company they suck worse than anything I ve ever dealt with That includes the courthouse I will complain to the FCC and I hope their class action suit bankrupts them
