Today one of your representatives came out to clean an area rug that I have previously had cleaned with your company The technician was rude and informed me that he could not clean this type of rug even though it has a professionally cleaning tag and has been cleaned multiple times by your company I called to complain with no avail the response was if he said it it s probably true Which was an insult to me I d like someone to respond to the issue asap Thanks

Totally overcharged me

Totally overcharged me I have 1 set of stairs and 1 living room They charged me 2 times for cleaning the living room Then charged me twice for a projection and twice for deodorize Almost 100 more They are over charging the elderly and taking advantage of them Very shady company now Will never have them in my home again Matt was the ring leader of this 2 man crew

Hired Stanley Steemer in St Cloud Mn to clean carpet in three small rooms Smallest was 6x11ft largest was 10x14ft Price quoted was 532 which I thought was high but acceptable to get the carpet throughly cleaned Bill ended up a bit more than 1700 and included chgs I didn t authorize but he said I did I would never spend the 1000 to clean a 6x11 piece of carpet but that s what I was billed for this one room When questioned the technician Taylor started calling me names and threatening me with calling the sheriff and having me arrested Also tried to negotiate the chgs with the manager who was unreceptive I felt threatened and completely taken advantage of Finally just paid the bill which felt like extortion to break free of them and sever contact The tech was a bully who threatened and took advantage of me Don t trust this business with your trust or money There are other service providers who will provide ethical non threatening service

Overpriced and poor communication

First my technician was AWESOME This has nothing to do with him However I made a reservation online and never got a confirmation email I checked my inbox spam and deleted files - NOTHING What I selected online for grout cleaning 3 rooms and a rug was not what the technician had on his screen when he arrived He couldn t clean my rug their psi was too high so he wanted me to send it off for weeks for a price that was 4x the amount With the grout cleaning what I expected to get price wise ended up costing me literally double what I was expecting to pay While the tech was very good they still were unable to get the entire room completed I used them back in 2021 and now I remember why I will never use them again There are other companies out there that do an AMAZING job and don t charge as much money I would not recommend them unless it s a last resort or you want to pay a lot of money Had I received an email showing me what I selected and realized it was wrong I would have fixed it Honestly I would have hired another company because the price was insane

I called Stanley Steemer and was given a quote to clean my carpets When the cleaner showed up way past the time window I was given he looked around asked if I had pets and said the estimate only covered steaming - Not Cleaning I didn t even ask for an estimate I asked him to leave This kind of bait and switch is outrageous - a waste of time and huge hustle I d wasted most of my day waiting for them to show up and I want to help other people learn about their hustle before wasting their time too

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEI SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR TODAY 7 23 22 ONLINE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP I CALLED THE LOCAL NUMBER ON CRYSTAL DRIVE IN FT MYERS AND THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN GETTING TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS I STAYED HOME FROM WORK TO GET THIS DONE BECAUSE I HAVE COMPANY COMING DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY

Stanley Steemer was advertising this two room 59 special we hired them for today and they said they would be there between 9 AM to 11 AM They didn t show up till after 12 PM then instead of the 59 they said the two rooms would cost 350 when we tried to cancel they said there s a transportation service fee basically extorting us for money I spoke with the manager who was rude extremely unprofessional and I just need to warn everybody out there to never use this company if you do you ll find out what I m talking about

If you re considering using this company s services I urge you to reconsider I paid 600 to have three rooms and a rug cleaned and deodorized in my small home but I was left incredibly disappointed Not only was the cleaning job not done properly but the smell in one of the rooms was worse than before I had to take matters into my own hands and use my carpet shampooer to try and fix the issue What I found in my carpet was disgusting I called the company to complain and was promised that someone would come out to make things right Unfortunately the same gentleman came back and did a poor job again leaving me with the same sour smell and dirty carpets Despite numerous attempts to contact the company I have yet to hear back from the manager Please do not waste your money and time on this company If you want a professional cleaning job done right look elsewhere

This company doesn t care about what actually happens at all they re about making the money on the fast I paid them 1400 to paint clean my carpets they wouldn t move a single piece of furniture in the carpets were not any more clean than they were when they came here they were here for 20 minutes Don t waste your money It s a scam
