It went so smoothly from the start with David Barash coming to our home to sell us the stairlift He was friendly knowledgeable sincere Max was our installer who was great He was fast productive cleaned up after himself He explained everything to us very clearly made it easy I would definitely recommend asking for Max to be the installer He was great

Technicians were efficient explained how to use the stairlift and were patient on how we could best accommodate my mother to safely get on and off They answered all our questions and explained the details of how to get in touch if there is a problem

What an incredible difference Don t have to worry about us climbing or descending the stairs I was told that many people purchase a stairlift system after an incident Didn t want to wait for that to happen We are extremely happy with our stairlift

the 2 installers were Kris Singh and Leron they were very polite and arrived on time and worked together like a well oiled machine each one after the lift was installed they explained to us all the features of the lift and made my wife operate and took a trial run and she was nervous and they both assured her it was very safe we were very satisfied with the lift

I worked closely with the representatives in Suwanee Georgia The sales professional named Kamran was absolutely great to work with Kamran knew his product very well and those of the competitors Also he was very professional in his interactions and presentations and every recommendation he made along the way in terms of configuration was absolutely spot on Everything he said turned out to be true and I am very grateful for having the Stannah stair lift installed The stair lift works perfectly even given the very complex configuration that we had installed and overall the system has exceeded my expectations I would recommend Stannah over and over again
