I paid nearly 100 and got nothing
I paid nearly 100 and got nothing back Not even an email or receipt for my payment I have tried emailing them to follow up and had no reply to that other than a formatted - we will get back to you soon reply I am now in the process of trying to get the payment reversed with my bank There is no contact number on their website and when I go to FAQ - it says to type in your order number to make an enquiry which I can t do because I never received an order number My Dads 80th birthday is in 2 days and now I am 100 short and no present NOT IMPRESSED WITH THEM AT ALL

Replacement no problem

Great Service
Well I ordered the wrong thing - but didn t realise until it was too late - I tried using the support portal but cyber space stole the response and I received the item in the mail However a second round e-mail - received a response and now all sorted with the right product
