I d like to start off by saying the 1 star reviewer is someone who s upset they didn t pick a different ring and want to try and shame an amazing company Jimmy was nothing but grateful supportive and the definition of under promise over deliver My first ring I ordered was unfortunately stolen by some scum of the earth loser This took me for an absolute disaster of a spiral mentally as I ll be proposing to my girlfriend in a week Even after I contacted Jimmy with such an unbelievable occurrence he never wavered in making sure I was set for the big day He immediately had me setup a new order which was well discounted as I dropped around 2K on my first ring Luck behold The law enforcement in my town caught this trash human being after breaking into 2 more vehicles in my city and locked his sorry self up My ring box was among the stolen items and I went to identify it and pick it up Spick and span still the gorgeous engagement ring I first ordered I really want to give kudos because even if that miracle didn t happen Jimmy and his team had finished my new ring today and were about to ship it out What an insane turn around time customer service and overall respect as a human being Leave your sorry reviews somewhere else Karen because this team and company is not the one you re talking about I ll be happily proposing because of them

Buyer beware This guy is a scam artists I review my ring and it is far from what was in the photo He is avoiding me and will not give me the return address I am beyond disappointed I have reached out about the quality of the ring vs the mock up The quality I would say is 20 bucks on email 5 bucks on temu I paid over two thousand dollars for garbage Please please please Do not buy from them
