I recently experienced fraud and I have to say the service I received from Starling was outstanding They acted quickly ensuring I was fully refunded within just days of reporting it to their fraud department a stark contrast to Barclays who took seven weeks attempted to shift the blame and ultimately refused to cover the loss Since then I ve made the switch from Barclays to Starling and I couldn t be happier with my decision I won t be looking back

I have been while Starling for about 3 years now and all I can say is it has been great Very easy to navigate and gives you a great overview of your money Costumer service is top tier - at some point I got my credit card stole and needed a replacement and Starling employees were very helpful and made the process very smooth I have been very happy at this bank Highly recommend
