Overcoming relationship breakup

Today s new year meditation left me in tears I was holding inside emotions that I couldn t free on my own I had a relationship breakup and I wasn t still fully aware of the magnitude of the pain and how not accepting the reality was holding me back from going where I want to go I realized as well that the relationship wasn t good for me and I couldn t see it before I am so grateful for the clarity and the open path I feel I am out of hell Now I can do a few more steps forward and be free I will do this breathwork daily is so powerful for healing guided by Jerry and the support of the Starmagic Team Thank you
