Poor customer service and delay in order
Giving 1 star because there is no option for zero stars I ordered a phone with contract using this website to gift to my gf on her birthday Their customer service is non responsive and ill mannered They didn t response to my emails and on calls there is no english speaking person always Even though he speaks fluent language when refusing to speak english but he says i don t understand english After 2 weeks there was no update on my order so I wrote another email threatening that I will cancel my order if I don t receive any response from you And then I receive an email that your order has been cancelled on your request F ing imbeciles ruined my plan for my girlfriend s birthday

I canceled the order and they told me that they will inform the network provider about the cancelation 5 days later and still no cancelation was forwarded to the network provider They told me that they forwarded the cancelation yesterday and I called the network provider and they said they haven t received anything yet
