I ordered a print and while following up on the tracking information I got excellent customer service My email with questions was responded to nearly immediately and they even followed up after it was delivered to make sure I was happy-- which it turned out amazing Quite pleased all around

I have yet to receive my product as I have selected a digital print and am having it printed at my local shop but the customer service is excellent I was having problems downloading different sizes of my map and once I emailed them very late last night they had returned my email this morning with attached copies of all the different sizes Most online companies don t get back to you nearly as quickly Very impressed 10 10 recommended

I absolutely love my framed star map The first shipment wasn t perfect but the customer service was excellent and they sent a replacement out asap Great quality and easy to hang Thank you to all the staff for resolving my issue quickly and for being so kind

Ordered on the 15th of December and received it in time for Christmas Great service and communication after I sent an email panicking that I wouldn t get it before Christmas Upgraded my shipping to overnight and sent me the digital copy in case I didn t get it in time Brilliant product as well made up with it

I had the best experience with Starrymaps Let me say this I wanted to get something special and memorable for my best-friend and this was it Nothing can top the sentimental value that came with this portrait When my frame arrived unfortunately the handlers wasn t very careful at DHL which resulted in my frame getting cracked I was very frustrated I reached out to Starrymaps and Mike came to my rescue I explained everything to him and he took excellent care of me his communication was very profound He sent out another portrait for me asap and empathized with how I was feeling He even went so far to recompensate the duty fees even though it wasn t his responsibility to do so I am such a happy customer I cannot wait to order another one Thank you Starrymaps for being so excellent at what you guys do MIKE you re the absolute best

Christmas order

Ordered for Christmas but I always order gifts too late and with covid shipping everywhere is delayed I didn t get a confirmation code after a few days so I emailed the website and Mike got back to me as fast as possible When my parents received their gift they were super happy I paid extra for a nice frame and it looks amazing They weren t even bummed out that it was late which was my own fault since I wait to the last minute to do anything lol Would definitely recommend buying again I wish I could post a photo it looks so nice
