This is a joke for a parcel delivery service Paid express service Collected item from Rocklea Brisbane southside on Friday 5 days later the delivery driver drove up the driveway as we live on a Rural Property farm did a u-turn as I was standing at the door drove back down the driveway 500m put a card in the mailbox W T F

Made unauthorised payments on my account - won t refund me for the money THEY spent
The Starshipit Support member has made unauthorised charges on my account for shipments that should never have been reprocessed I have explained this in detail to her and asked her to refund me for these charges and she has completely dismissed me saying No it doesn t double charge you and I ve shown her the proof of being double charged I have used Starshipit since 2019 for different companies and without a doubt it is falling into failure in this most recent experience I used to be able to talk to someone on the phone for all the issues that arise - and my goodness do they arise frequently - but now that s impossible Sorry to write such a keyboard warrior review something I loathe people doing but in the context of them spending my money and creating labels without my consent on preorders as well that can t yet ship yet now my customers have been told have shipped - cue me spending ages fixing this I have to say something and try and get their attention as the support person is dismissing my request for a refund

Time consuming does not work as you d expect
Our business has been using Starshipit for nearly 6 months now and it has been a nightmare to set up We are constantly submitting support requests to try and get the Software to function as it should Here are some of the problems we have faced - Very difficult to integrate new couriers Often you cannot do it yourself Starshipit have to do it for you - Once you ve eventually set the courier up Starshipit often charges different prices to booking with the courier directly - Tracking emails do not get sent The email log says the email is sent but it s actually bounced because Starshipit cannot email very common email domains such as hotmail for example You have to manually give Starshipit the email domains of every customers email With 100 s of customers this of course quickly becomes impossible and the lack of tracking notifications has upset many of our customers as they have no visibility of their order - Orders with TNT have a confusing process by which to book collection Often the collection request does not get sent and TNT do not collect the parcel We then have to lodge the same parcel with TNT s own online software which COMPLETELY DEFEATS THE POINT of having Starshipit in the first place - Customer support is quick to reply but often ineffective One issue we have been waiting on a fix for 3 months now and it keeps getting promised but fails to be delivered Overall we are very disappointed with Starshipit The idea of the software is fantastic but the reality is you pay a lot of money for what feels like a software that is still in Beta Several features do not work and it has consumed 100 s OF HOURS of our time trying to work through countless issues Starshipit still does not function as intended 6 months after buying it and to be honest I have completely lost hope it will ever do what is promised It really has been a complete nightmare We are now looking at other shipping platforms because Starshipit does not do what it says on the tin

This company is absolutely terrible
This company is absolutely terrible STAY AWAY Holly who is in customer service did not setup the API integration correctly and ended up leaving our small business with over 7000 in damages and has done NOTHING to remediate this damage both financial an to the reputation of the company They have terrible customer service for US citizens being across the world I m outraged DO NOT partner with this company ever

They are the worse company I have ever
They are the worse company I have ever dealt with Every time I turn around they want more money more money more money my package should ve been delivered two weeks ago plus and here it is January 2 and I still have not received it and now they want 100 for a personal delivery because they don t have a regular delivery scheduled till next week I ve been sitting in this house waiting for three weeks I want the phone number for their main office I ve already put in two complaints there and I ve heard nothing they just ripped you off and rip you off and rip you off

1 Star for Support
Initially our 3PL provider decided to trial Starshipit and asked us to test the features of the child account we were supposed to use During my numerous calls with various Starshipit staff I was advised that they would assist us with setting up rules at the checkout and connecting our carriers Once the diligence was completed and we were ready to utilise the software I was told by the Senior Customer Success Executive that they don t support set up customers of a 3PL provider To set up our account we need to contact our 3PL provider and they will contact Starshipit with our requests This process seems incredibly inconvenient and time-consuming for us and our 3PL provider To top it off all Starshipit staff have the following tagline in their email signature Unlimited 5 star support and onboarding included with every plan What a JOKE
