I purchased an ebike component from Start Fitness 18 months ago u fortunately it completely failed I checked the manufacturers warranty and my item had two years I was told by the manufacturer to raise a claim through the seller Emailed Start Fitness customer care out lining the issue Response was almost instant from Jamie J He would check with their supplier and let me know Responded next day wanting more information about the fault and a photo of the item data plate sent Next warranty accepted supplier has sent out a replacement part Outstanding customer services and Jamie J kept me informed every inch of the way on progress First class company with prices to match Cheers team

First time using Start Fitness to purchase new running shoes as they were considerably cheaper than any other well known online shop Perfect experience good clear website and package arrived on time and as described Delivered with a pair of free running socks which was a nice touch Will definitely be using again

I ordered a pair of Adidas Adizero Boston 12 and they literally arrived the next day Also a free pair of socks they provided seems to be really good The price was competitive compared to other sport equipment retailers

Great service So pleased I could get the adidas ultraboost light shoes from here As adidas don t do them anymore Great price and super fast delivery So pleased I bought 2 further pairs as they re the only running shoe that don t give me blisters

I love Start Fitness Always a first class service from the moment you order any item Delivery options are fantastic and you even have the option of 12 months delivery for the small cost of 10 which saves you a fortune if you spend the amount of money I do with them The express delivery option is outstanding I ve ordered at like 4pm and the item has arrived the next day perfecto Customer service is brilliant anytime I ve emailed asking a question or if I ve sent back some trainers if they didn t quite fit right then they have always been on hand to assist My only negative and it s a small one is they don t always have the latest kit trainers for sale For example they don t stock the Asics Superblast 2 or Glideride Max so there has been times where I ve regrettably had to shop elsewhere but overall they do have a huge range of things to choose from I would happily recommend them to friends and family
