Late again
I ordered a parcel online It said it would be delivered on either 3 10 or 4 10 today The StarTrack tracking said expected delivery date to be the 3 10 The package sat in Melbourne until 4 10 and finally arrived in Brisbane at midday StarTrack are now saying that it will not get delivered until next Wednesday the 9 10 5 days late I needed this package to finish a unit assessment which is ironically due on Wednesday guess I won t be passing that assessment now 5000 down the drain which I will now have to pay again to redo the subject as the post didn t arrive is not an acceptable reason for an extension And the worst part is there is no way of collecting the package from StarTrack directly when they can t be bothered to do their one job deliver packages Thanks heaps StarTrack Useless as always

Slower than a pigeon don t use
Parcel was Due on the Friday arrived in Caboolture on Monday Sat all day sat all day Tuesday went finally out Wednesday for delivery Never got delivered ended up on other side of the city in Darra Thursday apparently it s out for delivery again The official word from startrak is the guy ran out of time with no explanation how my parcel ended up in Darra Not only will I not use Startrak for my own but will boycott any company that uses them

Extremely incompetent service
Extremely incompetent service 3 times now over 6 months my deliveries for work have been lost I lose business every time my supplies don t come in Took 6 weeks for them to find the 1st lost parcel which was in the depot the whole time the second parcel took 3 weeks to find now my 3rd has been left in a totally different suburb even though it has the correct delivery address This company needs to start taking responsibility for the stress it s causing Absolutely useless

I wish there was a way to give minus stars It is not so much the delays or the actual hardship of having things lost in transit which is already an issue since we are talking about essential medication but it is the bluntness of the people that regardless of the situation are always able to turn it around and never take responsability for their failures flaws and disservice If I could I would train a pigeon instead of paying any money to these bloodsucker failure of a service Wanna lose your parcel your sh and your money please book with StarTrack you won t be disappointed

StarTrack Fails Again Worst Courier Service Ever
Absolutely useless incompetent courier service If I could give negative stars I would Had an important package scheduled for delivery and as usual they completely botched it I was home the entire time waiting right by the door No knock no doorbell just a notification saying they attempted delivery which is an outright lie This isn t the first time either this is the second time in a matter of weeks They just sent it straight to the post office which is a major hassle and not exactly close by StarTrack clearly doesn t care if their customers have transportation issues or physical limitations they can t even be bothered to do their job properly BUSINESSES PLEASE STOP USING STARTRACK They clearly don t understand the basics of a delivery service you had one job and you failed again and again

Wow startrack absolutelnightmare u send a message it s coming today then u leave a card in the mailbox NOT EVER STARTRACK u deliver to the Post office even if it s marked urgent so it can be left there all weekend the worst courier in the country read your reviews discussing no stars from me

This is the worst company that I ve ever dealt with Trustpilot should introduce a zero star rating just for Star Track I have never had a a delivery completed without problems I m surprised they are still in operation The level of incompetency is astounding

Delivery by StarTrack sinking feeling of delays
As soon as I got the notification that Dell used StarTrack to deliver I knew it would be a few extra days till I received it Supposed to deliver in business hours Attempted 17 23 No one home Can t rebook online as still says out for delivery so have to wait to tomorrow No card left in post box Honestly how are this company still in business How have Australia post not got rid of them I frankly think less of Dell for using them Utterly useless

Don t deliver
Don t deliver to the address just drop possibly ALL their parcels at the local AustraliaPost mail centre I was here ALL day no delivery was attempted I paid for delivery to my home address I will be cancelling the purchase with the provider seeking a refund demanding a refund and purchasing from a competitor that doesn t use StarTrack It s practically a scam and very close to fraud
