Great service - online call for forms and identify check

Land Registry required an identity check to process my application for a First Registration An ID3 requires a Medical Doctor Dentist Chartered or Certified Accountant Regulated Financial Adviser Member of Parliament Member of the Senedd to verify your identity So after a bit of research we found Christian who could do the process with the completion of an ID5 Booked an appointment online Details regarding the application were filled in online to aid the process A link was sent for a Zoom meeting Meeting was on time Christian went through the process and checked the details previously sent The verification process was carried out with my passport and a screenshot The whole process completed in less than 15 minutes The completed forms arrived the next day by post The only thing required from me was to sign and date the form in the correct place The completed form was sent to the Land registry I received the deeds I needed 10 days later My initial application was made last year but the identity check requested 12 months later due to the high number of applications and a change in legislation All complete now I highly recommend Christian to anyone who requires an identity check
