I visited the one at Amager and I had booked a spa pedicure Unfortunately the result was very bad The girl was not so attentive and she made one of my toes bleed She didn t apologize She then finish her job by putting badly a polish I ended up with a bled toe a bad polished toes and 650 kr less Not value for money the spa is only 2 creams applied on your feet and the employee was incompetent

Beware of being overchagred

Beware of being overchagred it is impossible to get a refund I have been a regular customer for over 6 months and generally satisfied with the work of the esteticians in most of their salons Unfortunately I cannot say the same about their customer service I got overcharged by mistake 3 months ago and since then have discovered what a nighmare it is to deal with the administartion of this company I have emailed and called multiple times only to be told that I have to wait a few days because the responsible person is not available They are mostly unresponsive via email and via phone you usually reach one of the sweet ladies at the salon who cannot do anything else but book cancel appointments At this point I am not sure a back office even exisists

Very poor service

Very poor service My nails were damaged after 6 months shellac treatment so I decided to hold a break I have stopped my subscription at the end of Jan but they still drew the money from my account in Feb I have called them 4 times sent 2 emails never replied and I went to the stores to talk to the personals twice the personals promised to refund immediately but I have been waiting for refund more than 10 days now Every time I call them they promise to take action immediately but nothing happens afterwards

Issue with manicure and customer service

I have done my manicure with Shellac at Statement Copenhagen a few times in the last few months It had already occurred that nails would chip sooner than what is too be expected like a week or 10 days after but the last time I went one of my nails was already coming off after three days I have called and they offered to do a reparation of the nail but I was on holiday and would only be able to come back in the salon in some days meaning the reparation would not make much sense So I have asked instead for a refund at least partial or at a minimum a free removal of the shellac when I am back but they refused stating that the price difference between the one nail reparation and removal of shellac does not cover that I think it is quiet clear that in this instance it was a quality issue on their side and I would expect some more flexibility of making up for it given the price tag instead I am left with a subpar result and the cost of removing it too They just lost a loyal customer Small update - the polish on the same nail on the other hand started coming off about 12 hours later

The best experience ever I had a facial and shellac with them and love it The clinic is extremely clean with high end products the service was amazing and my skin and nails looks fantastic Thank you so much

Got my confidence again

Visited the Aarhus location and was pampered It had been a while since I had any nails done as I have been pregnant postpartum so I was nervous but the girls took care of me and I left feeling very taken care of and fabulous Thank you
