Broken product horrible customer service

I received a broken Dyson airwrap hair dryer in June texted photos to the customer service number and they said they would send a return label and process a refund They have since stopped responding to my texts to ask for the shipping label Completely fraudulent business just leaving me with a broken product and expecting me to pay for it DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Signed up for SteadFast for a year Paid in advance About 4 months into the service started having technical issues with their devices they sent me additional devices and still had poor service After 2 months of technical issues they have appeared to have dropped me as a customer Since then I have been trying to get at least a partial refund All I m getting is crickets and their voice mail is full DON T SIGN UP FOR THEIR SERVICE

I wish I could give 0 stars This company should be considered illegal I tried to return my Dyson Air Wrap that I paid 350 for because it did not work I tried emailing and never got a response After multiple phone calls answered by a sketchy Google assistant I finally got an answer by a man that said hello like it was his personal phone I asked is this steadfast mall He hesitated and said yes no may I help you like a legitimate customer service rep I explained my issue He acted like he couldn t believe I was trying to return something after the return window when I explained I TRIED with multiple emails and phone calls with no response IN THE RETURN WINDOW and HE HUNG UP ON ME I tried calling back with no answer I will never purchase from this scam of a website again and will make everyone I know aware of this fraudulent company
