They took my money which I paid using paypal after payment they could not supply the down load Asked for money back and was told it was microsofts problem They were not interested in solving the issue and instead froze my account for a month I had done nothing wrong except tried to solve the issue

I bought a game from the steam When I tried to start the game it was freezing on the startup page When I aks for a refund Steam replied that game was playued for more than 2 hour and I will not get a refund But game never started at all and I have never played trhis game They just stole my money

Trading standards says you have 14 days to get a refund if the game is faulty this 2hr rule is just steams own rule disgusting I can t get a refund on F1 2022 that doesn t work the game is unplayable and shouldn t be on sale vr is rubbish and the gameplay stutters I wanted it to my wallet the money would still go back to steam on another purchase I don t see the problem EA can t do anything or won t if it worked I d keep the game but it doesn t

Avoid Do not EVER buy any hardware from these clowns Apart from discontinuing almost every product they issue they also constantly release updates that mess up your already owned hardware And if you reach our to customer support they are useless I bought STEAM LINK they issued an update that muted my audio and when I tried to contact the they said to basically try with Google and Forums Incompetent

This company doesn t value customers
I have never used steam prior to this time I brought Cine tracer for 89 and used it twice before I was hacked and Cine tracer is making it impossible for me to retrieve my game At this point I feel robbed and ready to sue because I m not going another day without what I purchased They have no one to speak to directly and it seems as customers are NOT their priority at all I only purchased the game for work purposes

Broken download they should fix
Bought a new laptop and downloaded Steam Couldn t get Steam to work properly so contacted customer services They claimed I wasn t installing it properly or a brand new laptop wasn t working Microsoft technical services spent over an hour remote accessing my laptop to find that there was nothing wrong with what I was doing or my laptop despite what Steam had claimed Eventually Microsoft found the issue in the install script that was downloaded directly from Steam There was a key file missing that wouldn t allow the Steam launcher to open or initialise any content After creating a quick work around file to add into the Steam programs folder Microsoft solved the problem the Steam technical services couldn t be bothered to look into or provide any advice or support

Cannot give zero which is a shame First deck sent using Evri it was lost then damaged then lost again Replacement sent USING SAME COURIER and guess what lost again Customer service just disconnects because too busy they are not too busy to keep 600 The definition of insanity is repeating the same mistakes but expecting a different outcome Maybe the transport logistics teams could have a think about that Don t waste your money buying something that will never arrive
