Great service today at the Northampton Branch

Great service today at the Northampton branch as put my watch in for a service and had a battery fitted to my spare watch and my wife s the service was really good We had coffee while we waited and the replacement batteries where fitted with great customer service Personal sales service by Reece was good with no heavy sales pitch Thanks all will be back Daren

Steffan s had the TISSOT SUPERSPORT CHRONO TOUR DE FRANCE 2020 watch on interest free which was to good to miss When ordering it went out if stock I phoned Stefan s enquiring if it was due in again Unfortunately not However the following day the girl I spoke to phoned me let me know 2 had come into stock would be going in their website I ordered right away 2pm on the Tuesday the watch was on my wrist 09 30 on the Wednesday morning Unbelievable service throughout delivery time was excellent Will definitely use Steffan s in future purchases Special thanks to to the girl who phoned back above beyond normal expected customer service

Brilliant service and experience once again

Once again brilliant personal natural service received at Steffans I actually live in Colchester Essex but happily travel 2 hours to Northampton to purchase from here as its such a fantastic experience I have now spent over 3k on Tag Heuer watches in this stylish and quirky store and will always be loyal to them for any future purchases Special mention to Max who couldn t be more helpful we even worked together to sneak my girlfriend a new watch into the bag without her noticing Highly Recommend

Bought a watch online on Saturday from Steffans Northampton The website said there was a 7-10 day pre order I phoned before I placed the order and spoke to Max who was extremely helpful He told me they had one in stock and put it to one side awaiting my order As promised it was sent out next day delivery on Monday I had never heard of Steffans before finding them online at the weekend but I would not hesitate to recommend them or buy from them again Really pleased with my purchase Thank you Steffans

Very Bad Customer Service

Bought a 500 watch 10 days before Christmas only for my husband to open it Christmas morning and it not working We were not shown it working as we were distracted and it was quickly gift wrapped They obviously didn t have another one in stock so realised they wouldn t make the sale Returned it first shopping day after Christmas but they wouldn t give us a refund the manageress Market Harbough Branch who sold it to us was very unprofessional and rude We sought legal advice and were told we were entitled to a full refund but she wouldn t honour it In the end instead of a legal battle we exchanged it at the Northampton Branch which wasn t what we wanted but the staff were a lot more pleasant Will not be shopping at Steffens Market Harborough again and will give our opinion to all our friends

Terrible customer service and delivery

UPDATE They have apologised accepted that the service wasn t good enough and given a full refund Terrible online service I ordered a pair of earrings for my wife for valentines on February 9th Guaranteed delivery 1-2 days Still not arrived on 14th so I rang the number It was yet to be dispatched and the lady on the phone was genuinely surprised I had ordered as a valentines gift I was faithfully promised they would be dispatched with guaranteed delivery by 1pm today I asked to change the delivery address as I m not at my business address for the next week Told no problem Shipment email showed dispatched several hours after our conservation with old delivery address still on it I chased again this morning to be told that it wouldn t be delivered until Monday at the earliest and they couldn t change the delivery address on their system I told them no one will be at address to sign for delivery as it is closed fo a week Could I have a refund Was told by lady on phone she couldn t deal with that request and I would need to go back to the online service I thought that was who I was speaking to Fingers crossed they will deliver by Monday Massive inconvenience Really disappointed
