RUBBISH COMANY People from the UK PLEASE AVOID
I am rarely driven to write reviews however I must warn people how horrid this company is Their tracking is awful we are in 2023 surely we can get up to date tracking or at least an estimated delivery time window However no way to do that so I tried reaching out to their customer service and their answer was to contact the delivery company to pay CUSTOMS FEES which I was not aware of as it s not stated anywhere while submitting the order Still this is not the biggest problem the real problem is that I don t know what delivery service they have used so no idea who getting in touch with I tried claiming a refund but they said they should have the parcel back firstI suppose that the parcel was lost and so my 260

I love the desings and attention to details in clothing and accessorize by Maison Stella Suzie but communication with their customer service is awful non existent I never received an answer to both of my inquiries neither in January nor in April this year

Stella et Suzie is a unique French brand that make beautiful pieces which are feminine but with an edge They use quality fabrics and I love the way the clothes fit so well I am struggling to find anything similar on the UK High Street within the same price range Lovely packaging and my experience of their customer service has been excellent
