Worst experience I have ever encountered

Placed an order on your website for a handbag for 795 I returned the handbag and received acceptance that you received the handbag back Order number 00502879 This was on 12 04 2023 and never received back my refund Whats going on Never return emails impossible to make contact with Steer well clear of these guys Cant understand how they are to still tradeing

Poor Quality

I bought Skyla Stretch boots in the SM boutique in Barcelona about 2 months ago even less After wearing it 3 times the material on the right side of the boot started to wear out I explained the situation to Stella Mccartney Barcelona and they said they would have the boots checked Then they told me by message that the boot was rubbed implicitly claiming that it was my fault me I take care of my shoes and bags like babies so they could not do anything Today I took the boot to a shoe repair shop and they told me that it was the other pair s heel left shoe that made this pair right shoe wear out In other words the left shoe tore the right shoe and they said that the heel of the right shoe will also do the same thing to the left shoe and they said that this was due to the heel and upper part of the boot having incompatible materials If you are going to buy the boots to put them in the museum it is good they are pretty but if you are going to wear them unfortunately after 3 times one boot starts to tear the other one Briefly the boots destroy themselves rapidly Frankly I started to question the quality of this brand I am sorry that nothing was done for this boot and the 695 euros I paid to wear it 3 times disappointing really

Do not buy Stella McCartney Poor fitting incorrect measurements and cheap hard plastic like materials in expensive footwear

I recently purchased 3 pairs of Stella McCartney Adidas running shoes at once including a gift for my partner Not one of the pairs of running shoes fit either of us None of the items are the correct fitting measurements for example they are advertised as a 38 but are clearly at least a size smaller than advertised Unfortunately this is the sad reality of all 3 pairs of the shoes The design is clearly flawed and ill measured with a hard piece of cheap plastic like material that s cuts at the heel As a runner I trusted adidas However this collaboration with Stella McCartney makes me now doubt the adidas brand The collaboration with McCartney is clearly depreciating the adidas brand as the shoes in this collection are at least a size off in sizing measurements and are extremely uncomfortable to the point were they actually damage ones feet Regardless of whether one pays a small amount of money or a lot of money running shoes should not be a size removed from what they are supposed to be This is completely unacceptable and false advertisement I paid a lot of money for these goods and I followed up with photographic evidence to Guilia who works for customer service at SM Unfortunately their customer service is just as bad as the quality of their footwear If I could review them and give the SM brand a 0 I would It s detrimental to adidas to continue this collaboration as the collection is utter rubbish Do not purchase this collection it s poorly crafted and clearly not adhering to the correct standardized measurements which is the absolute base in shoe design

Terrible customer service Purchased a handbag for 950 Within 3 days I noticed a thread ripped on the handle holding it together It may have come in that way but I didn t notice it Regardless a thread broke within three days of a very expensive handbag so I assumed they would stand by the quality of their bags and fix replace it They directed me to go to a local store and have it fixed on my own or they would send back to Italy for 100 fee and that was the best they could do I bought a Louis Vuitton wallet recently and it had a little defect in the corner they replaced with no questions asked Safe to say I will never be buying from Stella McCartney again

Terrible customer service I bought a tote bag in December Used it for 5 days on holiday in Feb Then 2 days on holiday in Aug where I realised the lining had bled through to the cream canvas totally ruining the bag It also ruined some clothes I had inside This bag was 750 The are uninterested in helping me or being courteous I sent them all info to send to their lab they said lab is closed until 26 Aug Then they come back and say this is wear and tear and they cannot help Wear and tear on a 750 bag purchased in December and used only twice Absolutely outrageous and I will never purchase this brand again Call themselves luxury The worst quality ever and they do not care
