I had a drive train error on my BMW X6
I had a drive train error on my BMW X6 on a 2017 model My car is a 2017 model and had recently run out of the dealership warranty I told the car for the full service and then had to pay 200 00 for a diagnostic They told me that they found that the turbo actuators have failed I was a little upset as I have only done just over 25k from new stephen James wnet back to BMW and as a good will gesture the part was paid for but I had to pay for the labour costs which was just over 200 00 The car was repaired and I collected the car On the way home the fault popped up again I contacted Stephen James and spoke to Dean who could not appologise enough They picked the car up from my house and carried out another diagnostic Again the fault showed the turbo acuaters which have just been replaced Again the could not appologise enough and kept the car a few days and found out that the turbos on the vehicle were defective Thr both turbos were replaced stephen James have refunded me the original diagnostic cost and the cost of the labour and have replaced both turbos free of charge I can t thank you enough for your help in this matter and can t praise Dean enough for his help in this Stephen James thank you again

Ive just got in to stephen james bmw
ALL SORTED NOW THATS WHY THEY GOT 5 star bellow is the problemIve just got in to stephen james ENFIELD bmw service centre and the lady working at the reception called Donna was so rude just because i was late 15 minutes she had no smile on her face and was absolutely talking to me in a really bad manner and telling me well its not 10 you had a booking at 10 its now 10 20 This type of customer service is not acceptable she has not got the right to tell me what the time is and speak to me in a rude manner if i have come late my car would be a little delayed and thats my problem I will be the one sitting there waiting for being late this doesn t give her the right to speak to me in that tone of voice with that kind of language I ve been here as a customer for many years and have a history of 10 years however i am very disappointed with the service given because I never experienced this before I will for sure leave a review on trustpilot and google for this to be dealt with we pay money for getting our cars serviced this should also include good trained people with good manners at the service given This matter should be taken to the higher department so that their staff could get better training

A combination of quality and unobtrusive friendly professionalism A winning formula
I visited the Stephen James Ruxley Sidcup showrooms along with my wife and daughter with an open mind regarding whether to purchase a new car or not We were impressed with the Countryman and were given the freedom without any pressure by Ian Elmore the Mini Sales Executive to inspect the different models available and ask any questions We found Ian to be friendly open unobtrusive and professional and decided to go ahead and order It was a refreshing experience to find a salesperson who was not pushy or pressurising in his approach He stated that he would be available throughout the course of production to give updates as necessary and to discuss any worries that may arise We can only hope that the production and delivery schedules run as smoothly and trouble free as the purchasing experience Many thanks Ian for an enjoyable and painless transaction and thank you Stephen James for an hassle free experience in comfortable and welcoming surroundings

Excellent service from Stephen James
I recently bought a new BMW X1 Msport at Enfield branch as noticed 1 was in stock I dealt with sales executive Mr Vince Sorce who from start to finish at handover was absolutely fantastic I would recommend him to anyone thinking of buying a new or used BMW I have bought BMWs in the past and alway dealt with Vince as he is professional friendly informative and always kept me up to date through my buying journey and even few days after delivery contacted me to see how I was getting on He is a credit to BMW and has exceeded my expectations and felt valued throughout

First time visiting this dealership and it was an excellent and smooth experience I had to bring my vehicle in for a gearbox related issue As soon as I got to the service department there was sufficient parking As I walked in I was greeted by a member of staff who then referred me to someone called Mr Tennyson Henry He was very welcoming and took the time to listen to what I was saying In my view he went the extra mile for me by keeping me updated with regards to my vehicle repair whilst also giving me general advice about the maintenance of my vehicle He had very in depth knowledge of the vehicle and certainly knows his productI have visited other BMW garages where they simply do not look interested in what you are saying and just take the keys He also ensured the vehicle was immaculately clean inside and outside before I left I must say due to the service Mr Henry gave me I will bring all 3 of my BMWs here for any work and servicing My family members have since starting coming here too as just like me they want a high standard of service which this dealership offers Generally the service garage was well staffed It was very COVID safe in terms of hand gel everywhere and they also had a box with face masks for customer use I cannot fault anything there and it s a massive 5 stars for me

Fantastic service centre with customer-centric staff Panayiotis from the service team looked after my car and kept me updated while the car was at the service centre he was very helpful and professional Ed and Mickey from the technical team were excellent they immediately identified the issue with the car and spoke to me in person to explain the problem what was causing it and the solution Very knowledgeable and customer-focused team
