I use to love this brand and have indeed spent quit a bit of money with them I took advantage f the latest offer which was buy 4 and get 4 free so placed my order For some reason I must have selected the wrong size which Is my fault However I thought that as I had not opened the wrong size ones that it wouldnt be an issue to send them back Well the women from customer service was quick to respond to me return request I thought great However the emails I then got back from her were shocking What company in todays market charge the customer a re stocking fee I have taken hum bridge at this awful women telling me that on this occasion they wouldn t charge me a restocking fee but made it clear that i would be liable for all postage charges I only wanted them swapped for the correct size This has left a bad taste in my mouth and so I will not be purchasing anymore from here I hear Just Wears are a good alternative Very Disappointing customer service Sadly these companies get too big for their boots and it spoils what was once an excellent business UPDATED 30March 20 28I have updated my stars to 5 After my poor experience I emailed their CEO Greg who responded to me straight away He has put things right and to be fair has restored my faith in the company His swift action means that I shall now continue to use this company Well done Greg Step One

My favourite new discovery I bought some of these for my partner- he absolutely loves them so have been back and bought him 2 more pairs and a pair of knickers for me too They are sooo soft and very comfortable My partner says he particularly likes that they are seam free and that this makes them so comfortable in the crotch area The legs don t ride up and everything stays in place - I ll definitely be back for more
