They Look Nice Customer Service Sucks

They Look Nice their customer service sucks It was too heavy for my girlfriend and they do not take any returns I would never buy from them again Its a shame because I was about to buy one for my son also So their response below obviously missed the point I will buy my stuff from people who allow returns It was NOT used or UNOPENED It was and still is BRAND NEW in the box I stick with my first reponse I would never buy from them based on their return policy and do NOT recommend them

DO NOT BUY

I purchased their Apple watch band on 8 5 22 I received the watch on 8 18 22 The rose gold band that I purchased was worn and faded when I opened the package The weight and quality also feels cheap but I wasn t expecting it to be real gold or anything My main problem is trying to return this product I emailed them per their request on 8 19 with photos and they still have not refunded or even started the return Shipping label etc I haven t heard from them in a week or so This company is worthless DO NOT BUY Its now 10 03 2022 and I still have not received a refund They said it would take longer but if I delete this review they could have it done in a couple days Garbage company 4 30 2024 Still no refund

Fake company in Vietnam copying olden Concept products

This is a fake company in Vietnam they pretend they are in UK good luck nobody can find them in UK The product quality is extremely low the clasp opens randomly your watch falls from your wrist it is terrible When you need help nobody answer the calls or emails They copy Golden Concept products with a low Chinese quality This is a Fake company avoid their cheap prices you put your self in a bigger trouble

Avoid like the plague I ve been constantly checking up on this company because I was interested in their Apple Watch Case The design is a replica of the Golden Concept design 600 USD for a fraction of the price After months of checking to see if anyone received any of their orders No one has reported the Watch case arriving Multiple people have said its been months since their order with Steve Mille constantly pushing back ship dates Another big red flag A few people wrote on the page that they personally went to a convention Steve Mille was hosting to see the watch being made After reviewing the facebook profiles they were from all over the world whereas this company says it s located in the UK Quite odd to see someone from the US and Philippines say they went to a convention in the UK out of the blue

The company is registered address is a garage in UK people behind the facebook account is from Vietnam they don t have a real address phone number registration ID and the products must been produced in some cheap factory in china Everything about this company seams fishy be aware and check up everything before you buy a replica watch from these scammers
