They have a wide selection of pens and related items at competitive prices including exclusives with various manufacturers Their customer service is excellent and will test pens to ensure they work when requested in the order It s unfortunate that even the most respected pen brands appear to occasionally slip with their quality control Fortunately we do have many great retailers that act as extra quality assurance My late evening order was promptly shipped the next day with plenty of packing peanuts to minimize risk of damage UPS express delivery would have been quick too if they had not temporarily misplaced the package It was supposedly already Out For Delivery the morning after shipping Friday but I heard nothing more from UPS until I contacted them the next Monday It would be great if more shipping company alternatives were available at the store
