Well worth the wait

Would definitely recommend although be prepared for a wait as they are made to order The team are so helpful and responsive and the quality of the product is excellent as well as being sustainable so it s worth the wait I bought curtains and came back for a blind and very happy with both

High quality products with great customer service 5 star

We had spent hours looking for good quality curtains When finding Stitched we recieved amazing customer service I spoke with Cordelia on a video call to assist with measuring as we had 4 different sized windows to fill Customer service was great throughout the process and the online system was great allowing a good view of the curtains prior to order Delivery was on time even during the lockdown in the UK Would definitely recommend Thanks to the stitched team

Excellent friendly and helpful

I am very pleased to have found Stitched Both Cordelia and Jo couldn t have been more helpful while I took ages agonising over colours and styles I am very leased with the final decision The curtains are well made and it is lovely to have a natural fabric The measuring instructions were clear and the curtains are the right size which is a bit of a lottery when you are doing the measuring yourself My only quibble was the communication from the workroom which could have been better I want to change some other curtains in due course and shall be using Stitched again

Inexpensive professional attentive and helpful blinds suppliers

Stitched did a wonderful job of supplying a complicated set of blinds over 60 square metres of large windows in our West Country Church Hall Huge problems arose with Covid both at Stitched s and at the blind manufacturers premises Stitched stayed close on the job and helped us resolve the problems with patience and care Under the circumstances it took a while to get everything straight but we have ended up with an impressive and effective installation exactly as we wished I would recommend them for any blind supply they are inexpensive professional attentive and helpful

Excellent experience

Very user-friendly website and lovely fabrics to choose from but what really sets this company apart is their exceptional and personal customer service We had a problem with the length of the blind My email was answered with a telephone call The blind was collected the next day altered and sent back to us within days all around the Christmas period I would highly recommend Stitched

We heard great things about Stitched and decided to give them a try when we were redecorating our master bedroom To say we are impressed is an understatement From start to finish the whole process went smoothly The team at Stitched were friendly and helpful and kept us updated with timings and our delivery We loved the online measuring tool and that we could get samples of colours and fabrics before making a purchase Our curtains arrived on time and are gorgeous We chose silk teal curtains with blackout lining The silk teal really makes the room and the blackout lining keeps our room nice and dark despite street lights outside We are really impressed and are already planning which curtains we will be getting for our other rooms Thank you Stitched

Beautiful Curtains Seamless Service

Such great support from end to end Cordi was helpful in picking a good range of samples for me matched to the paint colour I have she also answered my many questions about style and installation The curtains arrived much quicker than the advised number of days I might add and I am delighted - the fabric is lush the detailing finishing is perfect I feel so very satisfied with the service and the result Thank you

Exceptional Service

I wanted to give an account of my experience with Stitched I purchased curtains on Autumn 2021 - the quality was extremely good but I asked for a couple of amendments the following year Stitched agreed gladly and free of additional charge When they were returned UPS managed to lose the parcel A year and a half later spent trying and failing to get UPS to pay compensation Stitched offered to remake the curtains for me free of charge The whole epdisode was not really Stitched s fault and yet they spent a lot of time in email communication with me trying to come to a solution The new curtains have now arrived and I am delighted Thank you to the team for such exceptional service
