I placed an order on 01 08 2024

I placed an order on 01 08 2024 At the time I was aware there was a delay in sending out the bag and it would be dispatched during the last few weeks of August Late August came and went with no bag received I was then informed there had been an issue with the quality of the bags which needed to be fixed and I would have a bag sent out to me no later than the 26 09 2024 Again this date came and went with no bag being sent Then in late September another email informing me there had been yet more issue with the bags and they would be sent out in a couple of weeks It s now 4 weeks later and nearly November - still no bag no update no one answers the phone their end Gutted and embarrassed as I this was supposed to be a birthday present for my partner At this rate I doubt it will arrive for her next birthday in August 2025Can t actually comment on quality of the bag but it s quite foreboding given the seemingly constant issues with quality control Ridiculous when you consider the price I paid in the first place

A bag ruined by customer service

A shame that this product is ruined by the non-existent customer service Any problems or questions are ignored which is made all the more worse by fairly quick responses when trying to purchase Three messages left five emails and multiple attempted calls - nothing I would avoid this firm at all costs unless they sort their servicing out The product isn t worth it
