On April 3rd I placed an order on stonedoos eu and made the payment immediately However despite multiple attempts to communicate with their customer service team via email I have not received any response or update on the status of my order Furthermore there has been no indication of the payment being processed on their website I have provided evidence of payment and yet have not received any resolution or acknowledgment of the issue from stonedoos eu It is concerning to see such lack of responsiveness and accountability from a supposedly reputable platform I urge you to exercise caution when making purchases on stonedoos eu and to thoroughly research the company s reputation before proceeding with any transactions It is essential to prioritize your online safety and avoid potential risks of being misled or defrauded

Avoid Oder never shipped and no money back

I placed an order and have not received any confirmation of shipment despite the company s website stating that the shipment should occur within 3-5 days with a provided tracking number Initially they claimed there was an issue with my order but couldn t specify the problem and needed to investigate Then after another week they informed me that there was a missing house number in my address which was not true as I had provided my full address Subsequently they said they would cancel the order and create a new one but I decided to just request a refund However 1 5 months later I have not received my money back and the company has stopped responding to my emails The last email from Finn van klantenserviceStonedooss says Dear I will be contacting my colleague to request an invoice for the refund As soon as I receive it I will get in touch with you immediately Thank you for your patience Best regards Finn van klantenserviceStonedoosAnd since then still no money and no more contact Avoid them if you don t want to lose your money

Caution Fraud

Caution Frau They just take your money Never got my stuff Update 12 02 25 nothing happened I think i have to visit them to get my stuff or my Money back Cause They don t do what they say

Growkit worked but instructions were unclear

The mushrooms eventually grew but the instructions weren t very detailed I had to ask extra information with customer service

Package was damaged upon arrival

My package arrived with a dented box Luckily the products inside were fine but the presentation wasn t great

Lost my order but followed up

It ended up taking 6 days for them to process the order due to them not being able to find my payment And they we re slow at responding - I thought I d never see my money or products BUT shit happens and they wrote me and apologized and have shipped everything now so I m happy

i still have great experiences with stonedoos ordered something a few days ago and it came in the mail 1 - 2 days later but shipping isn t always fast with stonedoos regretfully Customer service is great and always offer great solutions but replies can take a while Packaging is very discreet No one will know that they were in fact carrying your precious high all in all if you don t mind the wait and sometimes having to send an email lol then definitely If you want next day delivery then no

The original parcel was lost in the way However everything went well because they sent me a new one Smooth and rapid communication
