Custom PC Crashed From Day 1
Got my custom pc almost immediately it was crashing and wouldn t run games Got in contact and all I was offered was how to videos and I m not every computer savvy so wasn t much help Ended up taking to a local repair shop and turns out the motherboard got damaged in transit and no offer from them to pay for replacement or to pay for the bill this repair shop is charging me All in all a bad experience

New PC kept crashing from day 1 Multiple returns via courier failed to resolve the issue I asked for either a refund or credit towards a different model Stoneforged refused and returned the faulty unit to me unfixed My only recourse is legal action now I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company

Used Throne to gift an item to a friend and this company was where the item was procured from They company attempted or didn t as my friend is always home a delivery The GIFT was then returned back to them all while my friend was still waiting for the delivery We finally decided to contact them about it They said my friend would need to pay for shipping again their fault to get it or get a refund MINUS the shipping their fault and they would take a restocking fee again their FAULT out This place is a scam They tried to make the receiver of a GIFT pay for shipping Then with a refund they took the shipping cost out and a restocking fee out both of which were their fault DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
