I will order again from Stoneside when I m ready to put additional shades in my home Every step of process went smoothly and the staff were on-time actually called to come a little early--great for us The shades we ordered came quickly and John did a fabulous job measuring and installing them

Our designer Michelle was extremely knowledgable not only about the product line but what would work great in our house She was an absolute pleasure to work with Scott the installer did an outstanding job of installing our window coverings and everything worked flawlessly I highly recommend Stoneside Blinds and Shades to anyone considering window coverings

From start Rachael in sales to finish Christen the installer my experience was seamless Rachael was very helpful in helping me to make a selection explaining pros and cons I greatly appreciated her input and knowledge Christen my measurer and installer was terrific He was courteous efficient and friendly My Stoneside experience was a pleasure and I would highly recommend them

I usually do not leave reviews but my experience with Stoneside was exceptional Jason was a very professional design consultant He explained everything in great detail presented me with options that fit my home and allowed me to choose what I wanted without pressuring me like a salesman Brandon was great as well He installed my shades on time and efficiently and even came back to my home afterward to fix a small issue that I had Very happy with Stoneside and I would definitely use them again in the future

Excellent Service and Stylish Blinds

In February we had Stoneside install blinds in our conference room for our many Zoom calls Design Consultant Anna was highly professional asking detailed questions to find the perfect stylish solution for our new office Installation specialist Edgardo did a great job completing the installation quickly and efficiently After five months we had an issue with one shade The service center responded promptly and Edgardo fixed it quickly under warranty at no extra cost
