From online ordering on excellent
From online ordering to delivery from answering queries to sharing a laugh at our stupidity this company have been great The day after ordering they called to go over the order with us even pointing out that we d chosen the wrong grout Goods were of excellent quality and delivered quickly Only gripe is the delivery being told delivery was from 0800 to 1700 in today s market and with current communications isn t acceptable I asked for a one hour call from the carrier and didn t get it If the carrier isn t willing to comply with customer wishes change your carrier they re letting you down

Somerset limestone HIGHLY RECOMMEND
We purchased 14sm of Somerset limestone tiles Really easy to order and delivery is excellent The tiles are amazing We are so so happy with the results The tiles changed colour slightly once sealant was applied but that was to be expected and i d say it made them look even better Love them Thank you

Having read reviews was slightly
Having read reviews was slightly dubious dealt with Andrea in customer service and voiced my concerns she was very reassuring and helpful ordered 60m2 of Limestone on Monday they came today on the day advised however I was advised that delivery could be Monday due to transport Enquired about delivery time this morning and was advised they would be delivered between 11 15 and 13 15 Delivery was faultless at 12 45 goods were well packaged and as far as I am able to see no damage is evident thanks Andrea great customer service and totally honest when asked about concerns of delivery and breakages would not hesitate in using again
