I ve used storage mart for a year now it s great to have more room at home The customer service is fantastic and Craig is also friendly helpful nothing is to much trouble Highly recommended

I received courteous service from Sally when I arrived to empty a unit that I purchased the contents of by way of an auction Being a senior it is really pleasing when treated in a courteous helpful and respectful manner today I had to return the next day to complete the contents removal and clean out the unit That day Feb 24 I was again helped by a staff member named Jim a young very pleasant man We shared laughs when I questioned Jim s sense of direction and he was very respectful and helpful These are 2 valuable employees that work to the benefit of their employer and clients A huge Thank you for your help and conversation on both days

Really clean friendly and efficient storage Price was similar to others around but went with these guys because they made it so easy for me I Would highly recommend as kian took her time to gothrough everything with me and even helped find a nice man and van company

We ve been renting with storage mart off and on for years now The one consistent thing has been good service and quality care In this case the managers work great Brittany especially as she works hard and makes sure everyone is taken care of She s a great manager and I highly recommend renting here going forward your going to have a great storage experience

The Council Bluffs location is an excellent place to rent a storage unit from It was quick and easy and had no problems at all renting a unit I highly recommend

Dennis makes my experience great I have a total of five storage units in a 100 mile radius I am consolidating all of them to my Storage-Mart unit I also live out of town for half the week I get off work around midnight and drive the two hours to Boise stopping at one of my units midway I load my truck and pull in to Boise to unload at 3 am Because of my schedule my location and my inability to tolerate the heat Dennis has been extremely accommodating helping me set up overnight access to meet my needs He is very helpful and has guided me toward solutions regarding Storage problems As I was when I first rented here I am still thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of this place He works hard to keep it in tip too shape and it shows He has had to pick up a few of my messes and he does so without complaint I even offered to power wash my spilled carrot juice off the pavement but he brushed me off as he was on it I appreciate the compassion of this place in my time of need
