Alec was extremely helpful always friendly and accomodating without any concerns I booked the storage before I needed it to secure it and then he could still accommodate the need for another unit at short notice on the day I moved everything with no fuss Alec never appeared stressed or too busy to say hello Even on the phone he would remember you All other staff I have dealt with have also been very helpful and friendly and the place is always clean with trolleys available to use
