Very Good Supoort
After a few months my Kobra 3 printer stopped connecting to any Wi-Fi network And the support team was quick to respond and guide me through several investigation steps until there was nothing I could do to fix my current unit So they sent me a new motherboard and after replacing it my Kobra 3 is back on action thanks to Anycubic amazing support team

The support team responds quickly tries to understand the situation Regarding my problem of not displaying ACE when connecting the Cobra S1 via a cloud service the ACE board will be issued after replacing it I hope the problem will be solved At this stage positive experience of communicating with support
