Service is awfull

They re claiming 2 days of transport which is a lie Ive been waiting 10 days and its still in transit When I ask their service about It they told me to call the carrier Guys I dont know if you are really realice that Ive already paid 650 you should atleast try to find a solution or atleast say something like if you dont recieved it we will sent the money back

Worst customer service ever They will never understand your problem and keep asking same questions over and over At the end they have one thing to say which is sorry for inconvenience

Lie on delivery status

The company sent an email mentioning that the 3D printer was sent but when checking the UPS tracking number the day later it has in fact not been handed over to UPS I contacted the customer support and they informed me that the item was in fact out of stock and the delivery will be shift ack by 2 weeks 08 Jan 2024 Because of their unprofessionalism I will not receive the 3D printer for Christmas

Ignore emails and chat support requests

Three unanswered emails one IM interaction with a robot which also took the message and so far still no response to my simple request for a vat receipt Heaven knows how I would get support if there was an issue with the machine

Do not buy from this company

After receiving my printer it will not accept usb Creality customer service are useless and have only replied to 2 emails in the last few weeks They are expecting me to replace the motherboard myself which is ridiculous Do not buy from them

Poor quality product that they don t stand behind Bought a brand new 3D printer that is already failing after just 2 months Support is terrible and they only offer to send out a random part plus they are based in China so there are delays as language barriers Avoid Creality if you are looking to start 3D printing They are not worth the headache

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS The customer service afterwards is god awful Bought an Ender 5 Plus that came with an Ender 3 motherboard I also had to jam a piece of cardboard in it so that the printhead on top would reach the stop trigger Emailed customer service and 1 week later I ve still been ignored Facebook and whatsapp are hopeless as they cannot actually do much They just refer you to the customer service email and they don t respond

Absolutely useless company Received a faulty product with an absolute plethora of issues They then agreed to send out some replacement parts that were completely unrelated to the issues I was having And after they didn t solve my issue and I requested a return for a refund they completely ghosted me Strongly recommend you pay through something like Klarna if at all so you re protected CREALITY are nothing but a bunch of Con artists They shouldn t be in business Would give 0 stars if I could

Creality Falcon 10w laser incompatible with windows 11

I bought a creality Falcon 10w laser cutter to find that it wasnt compatible with windows 11 I have been trying to obtain a refund for the return of this item but all I get from them is try this and try that I do no want the product and I do not wish to downgrade my windows operating system to comply with their hardware
