Dangerous business
I received a statue with a manufacturing defect I returned it at my expense i e 80 05 euros because it did not respond or responded randomly to my emails or tickets on their site I requested a refund of 1345 75 euros by email it s been 3 months with no news on where it stands I have followed up several times but they don t respond anymore on top of that I receive an email informing me that the request has been resolved and closed Without is too much I called the European Consumer Center to resolve the problem You risk wasting a lot of time and energy I do not recommend really unreliable site

I preorder Statue on March 2024 should
After almost 1 year statue finally arrived Sadly it is not what i order should be Mayev and instead i get only vengeful spirit statue with some demage also but it is not their fault probably its shipping issue After askyng why i did not get what i order i get no respond as usual Its sad those statues are not cheap I will go back to Blizzard ones got now 5 of em and no single problem

Untrustable business
Ordered a statue in March when stated it was in stock seemed it wasn t in stock and waited for more information Multiple attempts to communicate but the response I got I had to wait After 8 months still no date when this will delivered or that it will be delivered or that they even ordered it The responses stopped with no answers on normal questions Even official notices of default have been ignored Overall a bad expercience and expect that my money is gone Save yourself the trouble and don t order here

Dont buy anything there
Ordered never got my stuff and now even after over 6 months Still dont have my money back will escalate with lawyer dont make the same mistake For shop RE1713 support

Support case after delivery of a different statue than ordered
Update after receiving a call from the shop assuring me that the support case is in fact not closed and the closure of the support ticket was due to an internal procedure of the support system it seems my case is still ongoing and the shop is doing their best to rectify the situation and fullfil the order as placed I will of course update this review if everything goes well
