The worst customer service of all time I purchased the Grim Fandango Vinyl set from the website every single paper sleeve was damaged and torn on the ends they are completely unwilling to help sort the issue out and refuse to resend new sleeves or even sell me new sleeves AVOID SHOPPING HERE IF YOU ARE A COLLECTOR WHO LIKES TO KEEP ITEMS IN MINT CONDITION Please buy all your goods at Limited Run Games or Mondo for vinyl records and posters I have had nothing but great customer service from these providers

Avoid at all costs Their customer service is non existent I messaged them on various platforms they messaged me back after 14 days and now it s been five days since I replied and haven t got a response This company deserves no support if this is how they treat their customers

Might as well be a scam

As others have said here they frequently and silently push back shipping dates on products in my case nearly a year so far Customer service is almost non-existent always late unapologetic and either lying or very uninformed Even products that were shipping soon suddenly got pushed out and if I hadn t checked the product page I wouldn t have ever known No sign of them yet I m 300 in the pit and a year of waiting later the only recourse I have is to take it up with my bank Incredibly disappointed Don t make my mistake

Absolutely the worst online store I ve ever done business with hands down I will never ever be tricked into buying something from them again no matter how exclusive it is This company deserves to be out of business Abysmal customer service support emails that go nowhere incorrect information on email receipts flat out lying about shipping dates and silent edits to their web page to disguise things demeaning responses from customer service when you do get them terrible and slow shipping damaged products and the whole time they don t seem to care one bit I would rate them zero stars if I could

Horrible FOMO practices lying on pre-orders

Ridiculous Persona box set went from open pre-orders to a free for all haven for scalpers on the last day You would think for a 400 box set they would have a better system to communicate this Instead its a random tweet that suddenly changes their pre-order promise And with a disgusting 1-2 year lead time iam8bit proves AGAIN why they are the worst company for Videogame Vinyl This company is only good for taking your money years in advance and then going silent until they get their asses out of their heads to deliver their product which frankly is overpriced and doesnt sound great

I would give 0 stars if I could Customer service is BAD and when they reply they use the same automated response I ve been scammed by this company I ordered off their webpage almost six months ago and I have not received a single update or my package Refunds are not an option either Worst experience i ve had Edit April 2nd I got my refund now and everything should fine but it bugs me that it took several complaints for me to get my refund The staff is also patient and were apologetic about this issue so I m now fine with it

The product was as described but they do not care about their customers at all They ship with the most atrocious service available and then expect their customers to still pay the shipping costs when it doesn t arrive until a month later They would rather lose customers than lose 5- 10 for refunded shipping Save yourself some time and money and buy their products from a third party like Ebay or Amazon or another site such as Fangamer Do not shop from this site

I ordered Spiritfarer

I ordered Spiritfarer Collector s Edition in Q4 2021 I got an email saying it was delayed until Q1 2022 ok fine Then an email saying Q4 2022 It is currently 12 12 22 and I just received another email saying delivery now expected Q1 2023 Pretty resigned to never seeing my purchase Customer care is non-existent I will never order from them again and will make sure none of my friends do either Just tell me you scammed me and get it over with
