Their refrigerator and support has big problems
2 months ago I purchased a brand new RV which has a EverChill branded refrigerator which owned by Lippert Components After 4 camping refrigerator stopped to work Freezer section is working good but refrigerator side isn t I reported this to them And my first question was Are there any troubleshooting steps that I can try before bring it to dealership because when we bring an RV to dealership we lost it for 1-2-3 months They didn t say anything about that Sent me a technical form to fill There was some questions about current voltage inlet and outlet amperage etc I back them with this information Freezer is working but there is a problem about refrigerator side They asked for that form again I m a handy person and asked them to share information to check those voltage and amp It s easy for me I have all tools and able to do with a small guidance They didn t share info and asked me to call a mobil RV service which costs around 500 Their refrigerator got out of order in 2 months and they still don t want to help Horrible product and horrible brand I don t recommend you

Our oven door glass exploded while we
Our oven door glass exploded while we were in the other room watching TV I called to ask for a replacement to be sent out The representative Josh informed me that the glass is not covered under their warrantee Hmm I wonder why Because it explodes So we can purchase a new door from them for 300 part 300 shipping original oven cost 750 Or buy a new one after only two years of use We will buy a new one but not a Furrion We will never buy anything from furrion or parent company LIPPERT Never ever Be warned

serial number not available without removing entire fireplace I am not a certified tech and won t remove fireplacetherefore the part number is not available So getting a replacement for the remote is impossible Joke

Poorly built door on our Luxe Fifth wheel resulting in a very fast deterioration
We had a Luxe Fifth wheel door deteriorate very quickly leaving my husband and I age 70 to have someone in the Campground try to make our door close from the outside each night since there was no way we could close it Rain and cold air would come in resulting in us being miserable Also the door could not be secured at all We felt very vulnerable during this time We have never seen such a door compromised like this Lippert did not seem to care about this situation resulting in a huge bill to replace it and then pay for someone to install it There is no way we could recommend this company due to the poor quality and lack of support John and Sandra Brewer

There is a deal that if you bought a 5
There is a deal that if you bought a 5 or 7 furion monitor and back up camera that you would be rewarded with furrion side cameras I was rewarded with a 196 delivery fee that cost just as much as just purchasing the side cameras out right from amazon This is unacceptable and very disappointing for a company to do this This is false advertising and its finest
