Best professional service ever
I recently have been going back and forth with Virgin Media London regarding being mis sold a package which no one has been able to resolve I called for 2 months back anD forth and nothing was done since October 28 Finally I met an Angel on the phone in December who responded to me on the 7th and finally promised to called me back on Saturday the 11 12 2021 on this day she called me serveraly until she got me on the phone I was so surprised because the rest who promised never calls back But Sophie from Scotland finally called back and resolved it Sophia you are the best customer service in virgin media The best customers service in the company She is a sure credit to the company I amSo pleased

Sorted quickly ONCE i got through
So the best internet in our area is virgin every other provider doesnt even offer 100mbps which is needed for 2 people wfh and gaming i called and it took about 1hour to get sorted and was put on hold a fair bit but i called mid rush around 7pm James sorted it and got me the original price i was after in addition to next month being only 2 cant fault these guys for being busy but i do prefer live chat or facebook to deal with customer service as phone waiting is very boring But it is all sorted now i basically got 1 month free wifi and got to keep the price i was after 10 10 will recommend in Manchester for 200mbps needs

Great customer service adviser
Spoke to a great customer service adviser as my contract was due to end the adviser understood the price increase was substantial and extended my current plan for 18 months Really helpful and friendly customer service Would recommend Virgin

Still yet again another waist of time another team off muppets turned up on the 6 12 2020 dug a hole and could not repull the cable because the holes are blocked with concrete and showed them pictures
Still another disappointing day virgin media stii not reapered my cables since the 14 8 2020 this is getting a joke now I have had about 12 visits by them and still haven t got a clue what to do the latest ones had got a permit to dig up the ground on the 13

I have to come in here and say that I have been with Virgin media for over ten years and I have nothing but praise for them Every time I ve had any problem be it with iPhone or broadband they have gone the extra mile and sorted it out

Unexpectedly Good Result
I have been a broadband customer with Virgin Media since 2014 after so many price rises I decided that enough was enough so I phoned them to let them know that I was going to switch It took a short while 12-15 minutes to get through to the retentions department where I discussed this with very friendly female operative who almost immediately dropped the price of my broadband to a very similar price that I was paying when I first signed up I had been informed that VM were difficult to deal with but I found out that this was not the case Great result thank you Virgin Media

I spoke to a lady the other day called Tracey from the customer service team I was having problems with my broadband which was slow and kept dropping out Tracey was very helpful polite and professional and was able to help improve the situation Thank you Tracey

I have had another great encounter with
I have had another great encounter with one of the lovely Filipino Call Centre operators Makes such a difference speaking to people who are kind and polite Got a call and ended up getting a new great deal for my mobile SIM plan Got a fantastic internet speed and not paying a ridiculous amount of money The only thing I don t get is why there isn t any discount if I don t watch any TV I m stuck with a TIVO box that has never been used Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews on here

Really not good enough
Really not good enough new contract with these guys They sent the equipment and said install yourselves Equipment did not work and had to wait 2 weeks for an engineer who came today Now late Fri night and have WiFi connection speeds of 27 mbps which is no use to man or beast Really not good enough there products appear to of gone down the drain Will report my problem and update this review with their response I m not holding my breath6 years on Virgin Media sorted their stuff out Thanks guys
