Best online clothes shopping experience I ve had recently

I ve had some terrible experiences with other U K high street brands I ve bought from online With other stories I have had reliable fast delivery and refunds have all come through I m still waiting on refunds from other brands over 6 weeks

Delivery was totally fine although I was terrified after reading so many bad reviews An order I made in the US on Monday was delivered on Thursday without any issues I ordered once from their website in the UK and didn t have any issues with delivery there either

Brilliant experience

Brilliant experience I phoned to enquire about sizing the lady couldn t have been more helpful I was also gutted the boots i wanted were out of stock but she told me to keep checking back as any returns immediately go back on site so i did a pair soon came up The delivery was really quick packaging was excellent Sadly the gorgeous boots had to be returned - the return process was easy free my refund came through really quick without me having to chase it up From start to finish It honestly couldn t have gone better

I ordered some clothes from Other Stories last week and received them a few days later The order was well packaged and I think the clothes pretty much looked like the photos on the website - I have kept most of them aside from a couple of items that didn t suit me Sending those few items back using the Hermes label that was included in the order and using the Hermes app to find my local drop-off store was also pretty easy Because of this experience I ll probably order again from Other Stories though I need to stop spending for a bit now

Ordered a couple of items online and received them within 5 days of placing my order Was kept informed of the status of my order by email and was able to track my package via my OtherStories account The order received was correct sizes colors Would highly recommend

I visited the shop several times Their collection and accessories are very nice and some of them are particular The website is very well done I ordered a bag at this site Three working days later the article arrived The delivery is very fast and you can track it online The packaging is nice and the product is well wrapped of good quality Really happy experience

Very helpful and responsive 10 10 customer service

OS wrote to me to advise me that an order was running late With a subsequent query they responded quickly and in full to my questions - and the order has subsequently been dispatched anyway Really happy with how this was dealt with and will certainly use them again

So glad I didn t read the reviews before ordering boots arrived 3 days after placing my order and fit beautifully I received confirmation email when order placed and at the point of despatch complete with tracking number followed by an email from Hermes to say what time it would be delivered
