After the UK postal service attempted delivery at the wrong address they were determined to return my item to Storkz After expressing my frustration with Storkz Daniel Kovacs gave me excellent customer service and made me feel very valued as a customer contacting UK Royal Mail and rearranging directly for them to redeliver something they had told me they couldn t do I ll certainly be coming back to buy again after seeing how committed and dedicated Storkz are to ensuring their customers are fully satisfied
