Worst internet service provider in Pakistan Their support team is worst you lodge a complaint they will close it without even resolving the issue With their 30mb package your youtube works on 144p you cannot browse a website This is what StormFiber is Never ever get their connection Highly not recommended

I have been trying to get STORMFIBER connected to my house in Gushan-e-Iqbal since January 30 2024 I also made a initial payment for PKR 3600 Recently I contacted Mohammad Farhan but still NO RESPONSE What a shame

No response from customer service even after 6 calls
Last time once I lodged a complaint it took 11 days to resolve with unlimited no of calls on helpline emails online portal complaints One of the worst customer service I ever experienced Today I contacted 6 times but still waiting for laurels to happen No response apart from conventional messages But this is Pakistan no accountability no consumer rights

Absolute garbage net
Absolute garbage net We have a 40MB package and throughout the day it fluctuates from 1-5 and at most goes up to 15 MB after midnight We have called the customer support more than 8 times I would say and each time they say we are configuring your net which fixes it for 5 mins which is just enough time for them to say goodbye to you and it goes bad right away Overall don t get this overhyped piece of crap net

They have the worst customer care service They claim to resolve your issue within 24 hours and here i am 3 days without internet and having wasted hundreds of ruppees worth of offnet minutes The speed is atrocious when you call them they will allocate you the bandwidth and everything and call it reconfiguration and the speed will go downhill 30 minutes from then

Very very pathetic service
Very very pathetic service wish I could gave them negative star I have called them 7 days in a row all they can do is to restart the router from the backend which results in dedicated bandwidth for just 5-10 mins and then again bandwidth goes down No follow-ups from the team after generating the tickets they itself close the tickets mentioning that the issue is resolved

Unacceptable Service Internet Down Since July 3rd No Resolution in Sight
I ve had no internet since 3 AM on Wednesday July 3 2024 I ve called your support line 051-111 178 676 over 50 times and each time I ve been fed a load of excuses I was promised my issue would be resolved today in an hour by 10 PM Wednesday none of which happened Your support staff keeps changing their story it s a fiber issue a manpower problem or there s no priority list No matter what my problem remains unsolved And forget about speaking to a supervisor they re never on the floor or conveniently unavailable This is hands down the worst customer support I ve ever experienced You can bet I ll be posting this review everywhere
