Fantastic machine Beyond expectations My only niggle was the build time It took a few days longer than expected and CS did not answer my requests for updates I had to phone 3 times I would advise the advertised build time be updated to 14 working days I will purchase from Stormforce again in the future

Start of saying sorry to the stormforce staff for being annoyed about my delay when it was very giving wrong information got a 4090 pc and it s absolutely beast of a pc just destroys everything 4090 running quite hot but summer months i think The pc was well packaged and secure and the foam inside easy to remove to Pc took me less than 5 mins from booting up before I was downloading games Also a good pc for future upgrades Thankyou storm froce Will be using them again

I ordered my PC on the Thursday and I received it by the following Wednesday shipping was quick and arrived with no issues The PC it self was perfect exactly what I wanted and with 0 issues I ve built PC s in the past and I didn t feel like doing it this time and I m glad I didn t as I can see how it s supposed to be done I definitely recommend Stormforce 5 5

Bought a gaming pc from Stormforce for

Bought a gaming pc from Stormforce for son s Christmas a few years ago and started having issues with it a few months ago - just before the warranty ran out Contacted the company and they collected the pc It was returned about twice with the fault not fixed On the third time it was returned a manager contacted us and explained some of the issues at their end but to resolve matters they would replace the pc True to their word it was received a few days later Son delighted with it and it s working fine Could not fault their communication helpfulness and their willingness to resolve the matter Great customer care service

Fantastic build and great service

I have had a great experience with Stormforce and the the PC is a great quality build and high spec I bought it in the Black Friday sale and the spec for the cost represents amazing value for money The delivery was within the time they stated when I purchased and used the chat to check on who the carrier would be and I received a polite response on email shortly afterwards I only have two comments i the graphics card was not fully locked into the pins but they tell you to check in case things come lose in transport ii I ordered a black case and the RTX 4090 GPU is white which looks a bit odd in the case as its 3 4 glass Not the aesthetic I was going for but then again I do appreciate how tricky it is to get this type of GPU
