Terrible customer service no care
Having been ordering mailing sacks from Storm Trading for 3 years now for our online commerce business Every single time we ordered we have encountered issues Once the box arrived and the mailing sacks were all loose in the box scrunched up creased All the other times we have had issues with delivery This time we ordered a week ago - DPD tracking is still saying they haven t received the parcel yet I have called twice last week - both times I was told they would investigate and call me back Did not happen Emailed as well with no response On the phone to them now - all the customer service staff are useless - they give wrong information and get confused Terrible service I finally will stop ordering from them even though they have the product that we like

Probably the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with I called before I ordered to check if Item will be delivered the next day they promised me it would I then called again after and they told me Yes it has been sent I will receive it the next day Of course I didn t and when I called back they refused to help me and denied ever saying it would be sent next day I lost a lot of money because of Storm Trading I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM - VERY VERY DISHONEST P S been now 4 days and still haven t received anything

Poor excuse for a company avoid at all costs
I ve never received such a poor excuse for customer service from a company before I ordered some display bags on their website which were described as crystal clear bags suitable for storing documents However upon receipt of the bags I was not happy with the quality The bags that I received were not clear and were infact a murky semi-transparant material They were incredibly thin and flimsy and were folded and haphazardly crammed loose into a mailing bag - meaning that when they arrived they were full of ugly folds and creases After trying and failing to find a return policy on their website I rang their customer services and dealt with an incredibly rude agent who continuously questioned me with a what s your problem attitude asking why I didn t want them She finally said that I could return them for a full refund including refund of return postage She asked how much it would cost to send the package back as a tracked service - which was 4 74 The agent said that as soon as she received the confirmation email from Royal Mail that the item was sent she would refund the order and return postage fees to my account After a few days and confirmation that the item had been successfully signed for I rang to enquire as to why the refund wasn t done yet I was met with yet more rudeness before being told that the refund would be done right away Almost 4hrs later I receive a notification from PayPal to say that I have received a payment of 4 so not the full 4 74 for the return postage But even worse the company had put the payment through as them paying ME for goods or services Meaning that I as THEIR customer have now been charged a processing fee from PayPal for what is supposed to be a refund I immediately tried to call the customer services team and received a message saying that the call cannot be taken right now Despite the website stating that they re open until 5pm I have now had to email again to request that this be resolved Their website has absolutely no information on dealing with returns refunds or problems with your order Their live chat is ALWAYS offline they don t respond to emails and their phone lines seem to be open only for a mere few hours during the day when they feel like it Rather than the 9-5 that they state on their website Poor excuse for a company avoid at all costs

Dreadful Customer service
I have to agree with the Bad reviews about this company Appalling customer service I placed an order Friday for 2 rolls of bubble wrap and the 41 box moving pack One of bubble wraps arrived on Monday but nothing else no paperwork I contacted customer services the following day and spoke to Chelsea I explained that we needed the boxes urgently as we are moving Friday and need to pack I understand was the response several times but her only suggested solution was to email the delivery company YODEL I asked her to come back to me with an update later please- nothing I called again at the end of the day spoke to Chelsea again I haven t had a response I again stressed the urgency I asked could she call Yodel she said we don t have a number we just email I asked could she google as every company has a telephone number she said no Unbelievable I then googled Customer services for YODEL and got the number 0344 7550117 and 20 mins later I was speaking to their customer services who confirmed that they haven t even received the parcel from Storm Trading 3rd party courier yet although they had received the paperwork Sunday I tried to call back Storm Trading again at 4-15pm and the number gave a recorded message saying that the company is not taking calls at the moment just like other reviewers have commented before A dreadful customer experience and still unresolved

The worst customer service I have ever
The worst customer service I have ever experienced in 36 years of being in business Storm Trading don t even deserve a one star rating I placed and PAID IN FULL for a small order on 16th December 2019 which as of todays date 12th January 2020 they have only delivered part of the order last week now four weeks after placing and paying for the order I am still waiting for the balance They have told me one lie after another which I have documented in Emails They state on their website We know that you expect prompt delivery so we ve made that a priority at Storm Trading Our fast efficient delivery service comes direct to your home or business which means that most orders are processed and normally delivered within working day anywhere within the UK mainland and upon receipt of cleared payment This is certainly not true On Tuesday 7th January 2020 Alisha quoted in an email As stated in my previous email the third party courier let us both down In regards to your recent order we despatched it for you via Yodel and your tracking number is JD0002248439011321 I checked this tracking number on the Yodel website it was another customer Nothing to do with my delivery When I informed Alisha of this she stated in a later email It does seem like a slight typing error and I do sincerely apologies for that Just another lie How could that possibly be a typing error They blame the courier company but will NOT furnish me with copies of despatch notes They have now told me my order was sent with two different couriers On Friday 10th January they supplied me with a tracking number for DPD DPD have NOT received the goods from Storm Trading SO HOW CAN THEY DELIVER Alisha in Customer Service states last Friday Couriers are very busy so take longer than usual to process orders Alisha also stated DPD have got back to me and they have advised there have been some delays with delivery drivers Both these statements are not true and Storm Trading customer service are incapable of telling the truth Alisha also refused when asked to give me the name of the Managing Director at Storm Trading - why I really don t know This was easy enough to find out Storm Trading s Customer service department just feed you with a pack of lies They don t care about their customers I will be writing to their Managing Director There is a famous quote by Sam Walton founder of Walmart There is only one Boss the customer And he can fire everyone in the Company from the Chairman on down simply be spending his money somewhere else Avoid Storm Trading at all Cost

Not overly impressed
Not overly impressed Ordered a 100m roll of bubble wrap to wrap items for my house move There was only enough on the roll to single wrap 3 large pictures and a few bits of crockery and ornaments - there was no where near 100m on the roll more like 10m Based on my one and only experience I cannot recommend this company and will not use them again

This company is to be avoided
This company is to be avoided Having sent me the wrong item via Amazon they have not processed or responded to my refund and their telephone number is incorrect online Very disappointed and out of pocket for both goods and expensive return

The site stated order was dispatched
The site stated order was dispatched prior to 2 pm on Monday 5th Sept and I used this site as it stated 24hr delivery and I would get a text message or email keeping me informed 48hrs later no messages received I need the boxes for a shipment to Asia so i have emailed twice and had no reply except for copies of my emails forwarded back to me without explanation So i am still waiting in just glad i paid by paypal so if i have to cancel this order my refund should be safe
