Went along to the Summerpark show homes today to find out more about the new building phase Was fortunate to meet Angie who talked me around the show homes got me all the info I needed set up a meeting with the financial advisor Was nice to meet Fiona again too first time was when I bought my current home in Summerpark a few years ago The girls had all the info I needed I left feeling positive about what the future holds

I had a problem with my new story home

I bought a story home Having just moved in the heating downstairs wasn t working I contacted the office and Fiona got back to me straight away despite it being early morning I telephoned the aftercare line as advised I was told the plumber would get in contact to discuss coming round Within 10mins Sean the plumber had arrived at the door He went for the electrician and they immediately fixed the problem Superb service Couldn t be happier

Wendy was super helpful She really took her time and went through every single detail Made everything more exiting and we are so grateful towards her for helping us reserve our first home

We recently had a fantastic experience with Story Homes during our home demonstration appointment Kiera made the process truly memorable with her warm welcome and impressive expertise She guided us through every detail ensuring we felt comfortable and informed about our new home From the quality of the build to the thoughtful design Story Homes exceeded our expectations and Kiera s support made the entire journey even more enjoyable Highly recommend

Whilst we have had numerous issues the Story homes technicians are extremely friendly and efficient David has completed many repairs for us all to an excellent standard

me and my husband are choosing our home and that s our first experience so we are so happy that we have found Story Homes and especially Stacey She is so helpful she answered all of my questions there will be more helped us and guided from the beginning till now Can t wait to own our beautiful new home in England with this development

I reserved a plot then unfortunately lost my buyer The team especially Emma were amazing and did everything they could to help me I found another buyer and now I am waiting to move into my story home I emailed Emma several times with questions each time she was so helpful Nothing was ever too much trouble She even emailed off her own back to congratulate me when I found another buyer for my house
